The free plan of MinutesLink provides a limited number of transcription minutes per month. While the exact number may vary, it's designed for short to medium-length meetings. For longer meetings or higher transcription volume, upgrading to a paid plan will unlock unlimited or significantly expanded usage.

MinutesLink only utilizes calendar access to identify and join scheduled Google Meet meetings based on the meeting invite information. We adhere to strict data security protocols, including end-to-end encryption and compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards, ensuring your calendar data remains private and is never shared or used for any purpose other than facilitating meeting attendance.

Currently, MinutesLink is exclusively integrated with Google Meet to provide automated attendance, recording, and transcription services. While we don't have a specific timeline to share, expanding to other platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams is under consideration based on user demand and future product development plans.

While MinutesLink strives for human-level accuracy, some errors can occasionally occur due to accents, background noise, or complex terminology. Paid plans allow you to edit the transcript directly within the MinutesLink interface to correct any inaccuracies and ensure the final output is perfect. The free plan does not offer editing capabilities.
